Who wouldn’t enjoy a “Thinking of You Makes My Day” card?!!? This is just one of the sentiments in the Quite Curvy stamp set. Did you know this set comes in a bundle? It does! That’s I how was able to get these fabulous die cuts. Sadly, this bundle is only available through June 2021 (it retires then). You can find it in the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog or in my link below. But, for now, keep reading to find out how I made this card.
Cardstock Dimensions:
Misty Moonlight: 4-1/4″ x 11″. Score at 5-1/2″. This is your card base.
Dandy Garden Designer Series paper at 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″. I cut this bigger than needed. It is easier to trim paper than to cut everything perfectly. This DSP is only available through June 2021.
Basic White: 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″. Again, this is a little more than necessary. Cut another piece at 4″ x 5-1/4″. This layer is for the inside of your card.
Die-Cutting and the Dragonfly Punch:
Using the Curvy Dies, cut your Basic White cardstock. You will want enough room left in the center of your card to showcase this beautiful DSP. Next, punch out a dragonfly. I punched mine from the DSP, but you can also stamp one. The Dragonfly Garden Bundle (stamp set and punch) are both in the current catalog. Yay!!
Stamping:
Stamp your sentiment. One of the great things about these photopolymer stamps is that you can curve them on your block to get the shape desired.
Let’s Put This Card Together:
Adhere all of your layers together and trim to fit your card base. Next, pop that dragonfly up on dimensionals and add some bling. Ta-Da! This card is done.
