Do you make your own gift card holders? This is a really easy design that you can customize to whatever occasion you might be attending. I’m using the Silver & Gold 6″ x 6″ Specialty Paper from Sale-a-bration. Did you know you can use your ink pad and blending brushes to add color to this DSP?
I don’t have a video for this project, so I will do my best to give instructions. Let’s start with the measurements:
Blushing Bride cardstock: 5″ x 7 1/4″. Score at 1 3/4″ x 5 1/4″. Cut another piece at 1 1/2″ x 8″ (for the band)
DSP: Cut one at 1 5/8″ x 4 7/8″, one at 1 7/8″ x 4 7/8″. Cut one more piece at 1 3/8″ x 6″ (for the band)
You will need a scrap of Basic White and Blushing Bride for the die cuts
I rounded the corners of the gift card holder in the photo.
I did a quick reel on Instagram showing how easily this Gift Card Holder comes together. This time I chose to add some color using Orchid Oasis ink and the Orchid Oasis cardstock.
This simple design will work great for all of your occasions. I hope you give it a try.
There is just a few more days left in Sale-a-bration. If you like the Designer Series Paper I used, HURRY (hahaha, but seriously….).
