My First (attempted) Facebook Live and Mini Pizza Boxes

Sometimes, technology is just not my friend. I attempted my first Facebook “live” today. I was a combination of excited and nervous, and, although there were a few mishaps (misplacing things, the dogs barking, and poor camera placement) I thought it went fairly well. Then…poof…I must have hit the delete button instead of publish and it was gone!! Anyway, I demonstrated how to put these little Mini Pizza Boxes together. I think they are super cute and they always come in handy for a quick and easy gift–just add candy!

What to use:

~Fold your Mini Pizza Box together. I made one in Whisper White and the other in Gold. I like all things shiny, so the gold is my preference. What do you think?

~Cinnamon Cider Card Stock: cut 1 piece at 3-3/8″ x 3-3/8″. Cut 4 pieces at 3-3/8″ x 7/8″. Run these pieces through your die cutting machine using the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. This adds the perfect amount of texture. ***This is listed in the current catalog as Subtle 3D***

~Gilded Autumn Specialty Series Paper: cut 1 piece at 3-1/4″ x 3-1/4″. Cut 4 pieces at 3-1/4″ x 3/4″.

~Adhere your DSP to the Cinnamon Cider card stock using the adhesive of your choice. I really like the Liquid Multi Purpose Glue.

Sentiment Tag:

~I used one of the dies from the Painted Labels Dies. I did one in Cinnamon Cider (again, running through that Subtle Embossing Folder first), and the another in Whisper White card stock. I stamped my sentiment, then glued the two together creating a shadow effect.

Let’s get this project finished:

~Glue your card stock pieces to the top and sides of the mini pizza box. If you want a ribbon around the card stock, make sure you adhere that in place first. The Basket Weave & Metallic Ribbon Combo is gorgeous. Once everything is attached, pop your sentiment tag up on dimensionals and add some bling.

I love how these little boxes come together and I always have them in my stash. They come 8 to a package, so they are easy to keep on hand.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project. Please join me next week when I attempt another live video. This time, I will have all my supplies gathered together and in a basket ready to use, the camera at a flattering angle (hahaha) and a fun project to go over!

Until then, have a wonderful day and happy crafting!! Colleen
