Nothing’s Better Than and CASE-ing the Catalog

Hello and welcome to today’s blog post. This card is all about CASE-ing (Copy and Share Everything) from the Stampin’ Up! catalog. I did swap out the colors and DSP. You can find the original in the current annual catalog on page 91.

I was looking for a card to send in a “goodie” box that I am sending my granddaughter and this was exactly what I wanted!! Let me tell you how quickly this card comes together.

Cutting:

Calypso Coral cardstock @ 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Score @ 4-1/4″. This is your card base.

Playing With Patterns Designer Series Paper @ 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″

Basic White cardstock @ 2-1/2″ x 3-3/4″

Stamping:

This is a two-step stamp photopolymer stamp set. I first stamped the outline of the chocolate chip cookie in Early Espresso. The inside of the cookie is stamped using Crumb Cake. I stamped the Crumb Cake off once for a lighter look on some of the cookies.

*The photopolymer stamps make this two-step stamping process so easy.

Die Cutting:

Using the Love You More Than dies, cut your cookies out.

Using Early Espresso cardstock and the Adhesive Sheets, cut out your sentiment. I like to use the adhesive sheets for this–it makes adhering the words to your card so much easier and cleaner!

Punch out a heart in Petal Pink. I have the Heart Punch Pack, but I think any heart die or punch you have will work.

Follow the design, pop two of the cookies up on dimensionals, add some bling and this card is done!! Isn’t it cute? I know my granddaughter will love getting this in her “goodie” box full of sweet treats.
