Hello and welcome to today’s blog post. I am having the most fun creating with the Color & Contour Bundle. This is the second card in my series of three using this stamp set. This is a simple yet lovely thank you card. Keep reading to find out how easily this all comes together.
Dimensions:
Evening Evergreen cardstock @ 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score @ 4-1/4″
Pale Papaya cardstock @ 4-1/8″ x 5-1/2″
Basic White cardstock @ 3-1/4″ x 4-1/2″. Cut another piece @ 4″ x 5-1/4″ (this is for the inside of your card)
Stamping:
Stamp your floral image in Evening Evergreen onto your Basic White layer. Although this image is simple, it is so pretty! It’s a two-step stamping process, so I stamped the flowers in Pale Papaya. I used my Soft Succulent Blends to color in the leaves.
Don’t forget to add a little something to the inside layer and your envelope.
Die Cutting:
These Scalloped Contours Dies are a must have. If you have not ordered yours yet, you really should. I have so many ideas on what can be done with these!
Using your largest scalloped edge die, cut the piece of Pale Papaya. Isn’t this just lovely?! Next, using your second largest die, cut around your stamped image.
Let’s Finish This Card Up:
Adhere your layers together, add a touch of the Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon and the current In-Color Jewels and this card is done!
