Today’s card features the Lovely Lily Pad stamp set and the Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper. The DSP is really the star of the show and makes for a quick project.
Card recipe:
~ Cut a piece of Blackberry Bliss card stock at 4-1/4” x 11”. Score at 5-1/2”.
~ Cut a piece of the Lily Impressions DSP at 4-1/8” x 5-3/8”
~ Cut a piece of Whisper White card stock at 4-1/8” x 5-3/8”. This is for the inside layer of your card. Stamp whatever sentiment you like or write a note.
~ For your tag: I cut a scrap of Whisper White at 3-1/2” and used the Banner Triple punch on the ends. This punch has really come in handy for tags, banners, etc. You can find it on page 186 of the annual catalog.
~ Stamp your Lily image on a scrap of Flirty Flamingo card stock ( I used the Flirty Flamingo ink pad. Using the die cutting machine of your choice, use your Lily die to cut the image out. Stamp your sentiment on the scrap of Whisper White and complete your tag.
~ Wrap some Whisper White twine around the Lily Impressions DSP and glue this layer to your base. Pop up your Lily on dimensionals and adhere your tag. Add some bling and you are done!!
