Today’s card is made using the March 2020 Paper Kit “No Matter the Weather” stamp sets. To quote Stampin Up: “Paper Pumpkin is your one-stop box for creativity”. It is a monthly subscription kit that has stamps, ink (spots, not full size) and paper. Every month includes instructions and a new crafting project. I often make some of the cards per the instructions, but I also create my own designs using additional supplies I have in the house.
Card recipe:
~Paper Pumpkin stamp set
~ Cut card base at 4-1/4” x 11” and score at 5-1/2”. I used Rich Razzleberry card stock.
~ Cut DSP at 4-1/16” x 5-2/8”. I used the gingham pattern from the Pleased as Punch DSP.
~ Cut Whisper White card stock at 4’” x 5-1/8”. Stamp your images using the Paper Pumpkin stamp set. I like the Seaside Spray ink for the clouds. Stamp off once on a piece of scrap paper for a lighter image. Stamp the basket using Memento Tuxedo Black with Rich Razzleberry for the flowers. Make a mask of the basket (I use Post-It notes) and stamp the grass using Old Olive.
~ Using your die cutting machine and the Painted Labels dies, cut one in Rich Razzleberry and one in Whisper White. Stamp your sentiment on the Whisper White piece. Adhere the Whisper White to the Rich Razzleberry piece offsetting a bit.
~ Wrap twine at the base of your card, and glue all of the layers together. Pop your sentiment up on some dimensionals, add some bling and this card is done.
